Frank Ocean is so over his day-to-day people

Frank Ocean is so over his day-to-day people. He made that quite obvious today, firing both his management and publicist personnel, leaving doubt in the the minds of fans as to where he is professionally these days. He’s teased his new album for several months, adding small tidbits like being inspired by The Beatles and sharing intimate photos of him in the studio, via NABIL, indicating that his sophomore effort is very close to being finished. No word on whether Frank has found replacements for his management and publicist team, but hopefully, it doesn’t interfere with the sophomore album production process. Ocean’s debut album, Channel Orange, was released in 2012 and was an immediate success, resulting in Ocean becoming one of music’s biggest stars, and a Grammy Award, which he incidentally won over rival singer, Chris Brown. It is worth mentioning that officially, Frank Ocean is signed to Def Jam Records, and they come with their own set of publicists, but as far as having a management team, one would think that its pretty imperative that Ocean has one heading into his album roll out.  We’ll just have to wait and see.(News)
